I am delighted to share my love of yoga and help my students gain better posture, emotional health and overall enhanced wellbeing.
Having trained under Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo- Deemer I have blended elements of Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and restorative yoga to create a class where movement is connected with the breath. This enables the body to experience an internal dialogue which draws upon the body’s wisdom enabling the student to go beyond perceived limitations and enjoy a deeper, safer practice.
​ I also offer private one to one and small group yoga tuition. This is a wonderful way to personalise a yoga practice for each individual’s needs. The session can focus on areas that are of particular relevance and significance for each individual. Private classes can take place at Marty’s Yard in Hampstead, or from your own home.

My yoga practice is deeply intertwined with my journey through life, reflecting both my formal education in architecture and the rich experiences I have gained from travelling across various countries. Each place I’ve visited and each culture I’ve encountered has influenced my approach to yoga, adding layers of depth and insight which I bring into my practice. It was during my time abroad that I discovered the transformative power of meditation and began practicing Vinyasa, which has since become a cornerstone of my practice. This unique blend of disciplines allows me to craft yoga classes that are not just physical workouts, but holistic experiences that engage both body and mind.

What truly sets my classes apart is the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere I strive to create. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of their level, and my goal is to make each person feel comfortable and supported in their yoga journey. With 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa flow training and an additional 100 hours specialising in Aerial and Yin, I bring a well-rounded and adaptable approach to teaching. In my classes, you’ll find a balance of strength and surrender, movement and stillness, as well as precision and creativity. 

Whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or find a moment of peace in a busy day, my classes are designed to help you find your inner yogi.

A classically trained ballet dancer with over 20 years of experience throughout the U.S. and Europe , Jennifer created The Graceful Movement inspired by a lifetime of education consisting her passions, Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Her classes are a fusion of all three of her passions. Classes are a unique and fluid mix combining posture and motion through different forms of movement including barre, pilates and yoga. Each class is different from the next, always creative and with an element of surprise.

With over six years of experience and 500 hours of advanced teacher training, I focus on blending yoga sequences with meditation and breathwork to offer a balanced and mindful experience. I believe in making the practice playful and judgment-free, like a ‘playground,’ where students are encouraged to connect deeply with their breath and body.
Expect a class that offers space for exploration, senses of community, and an opportunity to develop both physical and mental strength.
