My yoga practice is deeply intertwined with my journey through life, reflecting both my formal education in architecture and the rich experiences I have gained from travelling across various countries. Each place I’ve visited and each culture I’ve encountered has influenced my approach to yoga, adding layers of depth and insight which I bring into my practice. It was during my time abroad that I discovered the transformative power of meditation and began practicing Vinyasa, which has since become a cornerstone of my practice. This unique blend of disciplines allows me to craft yoga classes that are not just physical workouts, but holistic experiences that engage both body and mind.
What truly sets my classes apart is the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere I strive to create. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of their level, and my goal is to make each person feel comfortable and supported in their yoga journey. With 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa flow training and an additional 100 hours specialising in Aerial and Yin, I bring a well-rounded and adaptable approach to teaching. In my classes, you’ll find a balance of strength and surrender, movement and stillness, as well as precision and creativity.
Whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or find a moment of peace in a busy day, my classes are designed to help you find your inner yogi.

Hello, I’m Fatima—a Hatha Raja Yoga Certified practitioner with a deep passion for guiding others toward stillness and inner harmony.
My journey began as a personal exploration of balance and mindfulness, which blossomed into a dedication to sharing the transformative power of yoga.
With a focus on somatic awareness, breathwork, and gentle Hatha yoga practices, I aim to create a space where you can pause, reconnect with your body, and truly inhabit the present moment.
