Sound Healing

Sound therapy known to reduce:

Booking Dates:

Group Sound Baths Private Sound Therapy (talking exploration followed by a bespoke sound healing session) – this can be 1:1 or 2:1 if you want to bring a friend or partner. Contact me to arrange this here: https://www.jessicarowley.org/ Sound Healing Retreats: https://www.satori-retreats.org/

Experience:

I believe deeply in the power of sound to transform and heal. Sound Therapy uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, to alter brain waves, changing agitated wave patterns to exceptionally calm wave forms.
As our brain waves slow down, we shift from an active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state. In this state, our breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure decrease. This helps our immune system function more efficiently, reduces stress hormones, and triggers the release of feel-good chemicals in the brain.
In both 1:1 and Group Sound Therapy I use a variety of instruments including the Gong, Himalayan and Crystal bowls, chimes, bells and percussion instruments, shamanic drum, Shruti box, my voice and anything else I discover!
My favourite part of being a Sound Therapist is creating immersive, safe spaces where I can work with resonant frequencies and sound tools to heal and provide profound experiences.
